Why choose grey blending?
Grey blending is perfect if you are tired of the harsh line of demarcation also known by many as the “badger stripe” and want a softer, more natural approach to covering your roots.
For some clients, this may simply mean changing the formulation used on the roots to begin softening that harsh regrowth line. For others who are feeling ready, it can become a full grey blending transformation journey.
Grey blending is also ideal for anyone just starting to notice their first few grey hairs. It may not require a huge transformation, but instead the right products and tailored formulation to gently soften the greys without creating a strong regrowth line in the future.
It can also completely refresh hair that has had years of heavy highlighting, colour build up, brassiness, or block colour through the ends. If you no longer love the colour of your hair, this is where I come in, helping to rebalance, soften, and restore harmony to your colour. This is your grey blending overall.

As I always say, grey blending is not a magic wand. It takes time, patience, and trust in the process. By working together, we were able to soften the harsh regrowth line and gradually transition to a softer, fully natural result that perfectly suited my client’s goals.
Every grey blending journey is unique. When working with permanent colour, it takes skill, care, and patience to lift the hair safely while maintaining its condition. The focus is always on achieving the best possible result while protecting the integrity of the hair.
Professional hair care products are included as part of your journey. I like to provide these at least one month before we begin, allowing us to get your hair into the best possible condition before starting the transformation process.
During your consultation, we will discuss your goals, assess your hair, and create a personalised plan. I will provide an estimate of the number of sessions and hours likely to be required, although this should be treated as a guide, as every journey progresses differently.

Using careful placement, I focus on not over foiling the hair. Instead, I create soft pops of lightness where needed and ribbons through the ends, while also adding gentle depth back into the root area.

Grey Balancing is a subtle colour service designed to work with your natural grey pattern rather than cover it.
Using carefully placed foils and bespoke colour placement, we add depth where needed and enhance lighter, whiter areas to create a beautifully balanced, natural-looking result. By treating white hair as a highlighting feature, Grey Balancing softens contrast and creates harmony throughout the hair.
Every colour formula is tailored to complement both your grey pattern and your skin tone, giving you a flattering, low-maintenance finish that grows out seamlessly.
